The Pilsen Land Use Committee (PLUC) is a Community Advisory Committee is committed to promoting balanced development in Pilsen, and fostering the historic resilience of Pilsen.
PLUC MISSION:
To ensure that any new residential developments are carried out in a balanced manner so that residents in Pilsen have the opportunity to live in these new developments.
