If you are passionate about social justice, passionate about wanting to see a change in their communities, passionate about learning how to work in teams, and how to become leader of your community, Pilsen Neighbors invites you to submit your application and be part of the Fuerza del Sol team.

The Fuerza del Sol youth organizers team works as a task force on the different social justice issues affecting our communities, such as immigration, environment, civic engagement, and many more.

Fuerza del Sol benefits:

• 5 hours a week (2 virtual, 3 in-person on Saturdays)
• $500 a month
• Opportunity of experiencing Fiesta del Sol from the perspective of a Fiesta del Sol organizer. You will be able to experience the behind-the-scenes on how we make Fiesta del Sol happen. You will have the opportunity of being a part of the organizing process, help with the decision-making, strategize new ideas, and many more opportunities.
