Through its network of core teams, Pilsen Neighbors Community Council (PNCC) trains and equips clergy, school principals and neighborhood leaders to organize residents who desire a voice in public policy.  PNCC has been the vehicle through which residents have organized and have been victorious, among the are the–Eighteenth Street Development Corporation, Benito Juarez Leadership Academy, El Valor Corporation, Esperanza School, and a handful of local schools since 1954.

Our community organizing work is focused on the following:

Civil Rights of Immigrants

Education Reform

Senior Safety

PNCC is an affiliate of the Gamaliel Network, working on the regional, city-wide, state and national level.
